Property layouts for Epstein's secluded tropical island among the released materials.
Additionally contained in this latest image disclosure appears to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, situated in the American territory.
Epstein bought a more modest island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had formulated plans to develop the substantial island by building homes, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a pool.
Visible on the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is annotated in handwritten red notes and includes a legend identifying various areas of the property.
Accompanying the main plan are what appear to be several other construction diagrams and architectural plans, such as plans for marina coverings.
